Good morning, today I turned on my new iPhone 16. However, wifi does not turn on (wifi works fine on another iPhone). cellular data also works on iphone 16. What should I do?

Tap Settings. Do you see a switch for Wi-Fi? Can you turn on that switch? If not, your phone has a hardware problem. Contact Apple for help→Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
