I don't think the reading of 92% is all that accurate.
The iPhone 11 was discontinued about 15 months ago, and I doubt that the previous owner bought the phone about 15 months ago. So, the phone might really be anywhere between 18 months to 3 years old.
Even with light use, you would expect Battery Health to likely be in 90% range and probably down to 80% or lower after 3 years.
No guarantees, but if you have the time, you might try recalibrating the battery.
- Step 1 - Charge your iPhone to 100%.
- Step 2 - Use it and it drains the battery completely, down to 0% until the iPhone shuts down.
- Step 3 - Keep your iPhone out of battery for a few hours. ...
- Step 4 - Re-charge the iPhone to 100% all at once and when it reaches 100%, keep it there for another 30 minutes.
Otherwise, nothing really that you can do other than keep plugging the power adapter into the phone and letting it charge overnight....every night.
If you don't see any noticeable improvement in battery performance after a few months, I would go for new battery at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple service shop.
