How to check for Sensors and internal devices health and performance ?

I dropped my iphone 13 3 times now and the outer aluminium railing got visibly dented deep no cracks or any of the sort on the screen though, how could i possibly check or know if all the sensors and inner devices are working perfectly and test them ? I like to use my phone without a case, just a simple screen guard.
