Contacts App freezes when attempting to print a list

I would like to print out some of the addresses from my Mac Contacts application. When I go to "Print" and then select the style "Lists" from the drop-down window, the app freezes and I have to force quit.

MacBook Pro running Apple M1 chip running Sonoma 14.2. Contacts v14.0.

It happens everytime, even after restart, etc. Interestingly I can export as PDF and that works fine, but I would like to only include some of the info, so would like to be able to generate the lists. I saw a previous post that suggested it might be due to portrait mode, but as soon as I select "Lists" from the styles the app freezes and I can't change any of the print settings.
