Can't access HBO Max purchased through iPhone when not at home I purchased HBO Max through my phone. I have an active subscription I can see under "Subscriptions," and it is debited from my bank account as "RECURRING PAYMENT AUTHORIZED ON [date] APPLE.COM/BILL 866-712-7753 CA." It works on my home TV. I am traveling and would like to use it on my laptop, but I can't log in through HBO Max because HBO Max doesn't recognize my email. I tried logging into Apple TV, but it doesn't give me an HBO Max option. I tried logging in through my cable provider, but that didn't work either. What am I missing? How can I watch HBO Max purchased through my iPhone? When I contacted HBO Max for support, they said to contact Apple.

Max app download on Apple TV and sign in question I want to download the Max (fka HBO) app on my Apple TV, but the app wants me to use my Apple ID to download it. If I get Max through my Xfinity subscription, will I still have the ability to sign into Max using my Xfinity subscription and not have to pay for Max with my Apple ID? I haven't downloaded the app yet because I want to make sure I won't have to pay for Max twice, through Xfinity and through Apple. Thanks.

Apple TV to hbo max Hi all, I made a subscription (used the 3 month free one) only to watch the vampire diaries but it turned out when I try to do it it redirects me to HBO MAX where there they want another subscription. Is there a way to watch it on hbo max without paying subscription for it, using the one from apple or it is just misleading information that this series is in their library?

Yes they renamed to Max so that be why you could not find it.

You certainly should have an App Store on your Apple TV.
