The new remote is terrible to use. Did they bother to actually use it?
I like it. People all have different preferences.
What do you think is so terrible about it? Please elaborate.

If you are a Salt customer, then you can order their own remote for Apple TV.
You may choose to use a universal remote.
Select TV remotes may be able to work for (most functions for) Apple TV.
You may use the software remote on iPhone or iPad.
You may use select third party network remotes.
