Custom ringtones NOT showing in ringtone lost

OK so let’s just get this out of the way…just transferred from an iPhone 11 (that had customer ringtones on it…m4r). I have read EVERY SINGLE article on the internet in regards to this issue. No it can’t be solved with iTunes (no longer any such thing ) no it can’t be solved with GarageBand…the files were created and exported to my new iPhone 15 using GarageBand. Yes they are in m4r format. Yes the files are on the iPhone…NO they don’t show up under ringtones. So…Bueller??? Bueller??? Bueller?

No such thing as iTunes, files converted with GarageBand…files in correct format…files on phone…files not showing in ringtone list
