Apple canceled my order... CONTINUOUSLY!

It's almost like they don't want my money... so let me break down the situation.

I started with placing an order for a Macbook M3 14'', I was excited. Next day I wake up to the order being canceled, with no notification at all; no email, no text message, no call.

I was very ****** due to the fact it took 8 days for the refund to be processed back into my bank account.


On the second order, I made sure to take precaution and contact Apple and my Bank, and they both gave me the okay and told me to place the order. (P.S Apple had no clue why my order was cancelled and could not help me whatsoever)

I wake up the next day to find my order CANCELED AGAIN! Like what the ****? I immediately went to contact apple and my bank, and they were just pointing fingers at eachother.. like what am I supposed to do?


Turns out other people have had this problem as well, I was glad to find out I wasn't the only one, but after continuous research, I could not find a solution anywhere online.


On my last and final order, I made sure everything was PERFECT! My billing address, my shipping address, my name, even tweaked some stuff in my ios settings....

CANCELED AGAIN!

Called Apple once more and the agent told me they would send my case over to a specialist team and I would receive a response within 24-48 hours.

Guess what? Never received it.


Now before you reply to this, please understand I am unable to go to an Apple store to purchase what I want.

I also am aware that this is a user-user forum, but I am posting this just in case anyone comes across this.
