Why is the audio routing setting for calls located in the accessibility settings, specifically under the touch section?

I searched for this specific setting a while ago but couldn’t find it using the search bar within the settings or in the Audio & Haptics section. I wasn’t aware of the exact name of the setting. It seemed like it would be in the Audio & Haptics section. What connection does this setting have with touch? 🤔
