Does anyone know why my iPhone’s screen moves and clicks on any apps by itself?

Since last year my iPhone started acting weird, the battery warmed and it broke both screens of the phone, after that, my WhatsApp messages were deleted, and since November 2022 I couldn’t use the Uber app.

Since January 2023, my phone started to act weird, and then I started receiving fishing emails, and since May 2023 that my iPhone kind of has life of its own, it moves alone and click on any apps by itself and it was not until two weeks that I found out my information has been exposed.

I went to the store several times to get it revise but they are unable to help me as I already took the initiative to do renew my passwords and also I did a factory reset. However, the phone continues to act like that and I can’t get rid of it because I have very important information which cannot be transfer. Can some help me figure out what to do in this situation?
