How to change destination folder when downloading video from iPhone?

Whether in the Photos app or iCloud, there is no option to redirect to a different download folder - it simply defaults, even when I uncheck "Copy items to the Photos library" in Photos settings for the iPhone. Same for iCloud settings.

When I search for an answer, there's nothing - it's like I'm the first person who has ever wanted to download to another location. Can anyone help?
