Took some HEIC photos with my new Iphone 15 before using the most compatible setting.

I can't currently transfer these HEIC photos to my PC, where I keep all my years of photos. I looked for an HEIC converter, but the ones that showed up were not commercially developed. But rather something an individual did. Not sure about the security there.

Ideas? Suggestions? Love the convenience and usability of JPEG photos.

The best option is disable HEIC format and save the future photos in JPG. For the current photos you can use any online tool to convert HEIC to JPG. With heic.digital you can convert multiple files and download all the converted photos in a zip file. But there are a lot of online tools: https://heic2jpg.com/ https://imazing.com/converter
