Apple Services charged me on Paypal for a subscription cancelled months ago

Hi!

I signed to a premium version of bumble that was cancelled in August. Despite this, apple have charged me $29.99 per week for the subscription. This comes from a paypal account that is linked to my bank account.

Apple informed me they can't see the charge on their end (and I cant find it is a disputed charge online) and the only way they can track it if my paypal account had been linked to a credit/debit card not a bank account.

Paypal have now blocked Apple so the money doesn't continue to come out but the issue is I still need to pay for other Apple Services such as storage and apple music - if I update my payment method to something else, I am going to still have the same issue because there is a misalignment on Apple's system that has kept me subscribed. It is showing in my subscriptions as having been cancelled in August.

Over $500 has been taken as a result and I can't get any kind of resolution. It is really frustrating especially as I am struggling financially and considering selling my home - I really can't afford to lose this amount of money.

Has anyone had a similar issue that can offer some insight. I really just can't handle the stress this is causing me.
