Activate Touch ID doesn't work on Mac STUDIO

After beginning to work with a password on my MAC, I cannot activate The TOUCH ID .

Always it is demand to double clic quickly on start button, and that doesn't work.

What Can I do ?

Cable the Touch ID enabled Apple Keyboard using the suppled Apple Cable >> Directly to the computer.


Make sure the Power Switch on the leading edge of the Keyboard is switched to ON.


Does the Touch ID in System Setting work ?


If not, switch OFF the keyboard and pause 5 seconds.


Switch the keyboard ON again

Then have a few suggestions ;


.Start now and open an Apple Support Ticket as they are PAID  Apple Employees to deal will these types of issues . 


 Product Feedback - Apple and make it known to Apple regarding this ongoing issue 


Have the computer, keyboard evaluated by the Professionals who have the Special Hardware Software and Expertise to diagnose the issue and offer possible solutions


Make an Appointment at the Apple Genius Bar or call 1 800 MyApple and have them evaluate the computer / keyboard


 Contact Apple for support and service
