My apple cash is saying service unavailable

I had to call and have my apple cash reset then I set it back up with a family share, it is completely set up but when I go try and accept or reject money it says “Apple Pay services are currently unavailable. Please try again later.”(I also have an iphone 13 promax) Heres a list of things I’ve tried already , I reset my network settings ,I restarted my phone , and I updated it last night and woke up to it still not working Im clueless as to what I should do. Please help me
