I need to contact Apple about an order marked as "delivered" that I didn't receive

My order shows as "Delivered" but it wasn't. Already filed a claim with UPS but need to contact Apple for them to file a claim in their behalf. Is there a number I can call to do so?

Try the Sales Support number. If they can't help they should be able to direct you to someone who can. In the U.S., that number is 1-800-MY-APPLE
