Being charged for canceled subscription

i keep getting charged for 2 subscriptions I’ve canceled and apple is still trying to charge me and wont let me download anything without a payment method (I have my card on there, it’s just expired) and when I add my other card (which has like $5, because I’m poor) they try to charge that card. Can I use a different Apple ID just for games? Will I lose my Apple Music??

Apple Music subscription So I was subscribed and normally it automatically re subscribe directly from my account but due to a family emergency I exhausted everything in there and it couldn’t re subscribe automatically and it expired since 17 November. But ever since I’ve been trying to resubscribe and each time I’ve been met with payment method declined, and I tried removing my current card but always told that I have an outstanding payment on that card, and need to make the payment before removing it… it’s really frustrating me

Charged without permission After adding a new card to my wallet I was charged for subscriptions that were cancelled a long time ago, one of them being a YEARLY subscription. This is ridiculous, I got robbed and the subscriptions don’t even exist in the apps that charged me through apple, they just took my money. The apps were even uninstalled when I was charged. Does anyone know what I can do? There is nowhere I can complain to a living apple support member. I need help.

Why can’t I add a payment method without them trying to charge me for a subscription I do not have it? Apple is trying to say that I owe them n some money when I do not, I canceled my YouTube subscription to days before it renewed. It’s trying to say that I owe them for that before it was even due again. I can’t download apps because of this.
