I want to set an alarm.

I am so sick of this invasive health stuff on apple - I can no longer just set an alarm. I get this message that says no alarm scheduled. I want to delete everything in these invasive apps and go back to just setting a wake up alarm without anyone asking me how many hours I plan to sleep. Did we loose the ability to just set an alarm? I want my iPhone8 back!

Open the Clock app on the iPhone, tap Alarms at the bottom of the screen, tap the + at the top right of the screen, set the time for the alarm, tap Save.

Or use Siri and say "Set alarm for 6:30AM."

Thank you. I've done that a dozen times and it doesn't do a thing. I've used the alarm function when traveling and at other times. It sets, shows an alarm clock on the Home Screen so you know it's set and goes off as intended in the morning. Nothing happens now. I really hate this phone - added functions you can't change and don't want. Thank you so much for your response. I'm just so over this and frustrated that I got rid of my old phone - only because they wouldn't update security anymore. d
