An Apple ID account needs full user information as asked, including name, DoB, country (state), a verified email address (respond to test message), and a valid payment method. Preferably also a trusted phone number or trusted Apple device for two-factor authentication.

Link the offer on a T-Mobile account to an Apple ID account, that is the main thing here.

It seems that in communication with the Apple servers, the Apple TV app is’t able to confirm (yet) a valid Apple TV+ subscription on the Apple ID account as used.

Please contact the Apple Support staff to go over what might be missing. They should be able to check your account to see if the subscription is registered correctly, and if additional steps might be needed. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/​email/​callback).

T-Mobile postpaid wireless consumers click here to log into your T-Mobile account and add your offer. Once you add your Apple TV+ On Us feature, you will be prompted to activate your subscription with Apple.

I created an AppleTV+ account thru my TMobile account, to use the TMobile offer.

I added AppleTV+ to my Amazon Prime Fire TV account, using the same ID and Password.

It allows me to select AppleTV+ programing.

When I do that it tells me I can view the programming for 7 days free. After that I will be charged a monthly fee, that is not the amount in the TMobile offer.
