i bought cytus 2 with my credit card almost a couple of weeks ago and it is still pending when i got money in my account

As i said above, i got 19 dollars worth of stuff from a game called cytus 2 i got the items in game but hasn't removed the money from my account that was on December 10th could you take it out like holy moly

in-game purchase being made without my knowledge I recently saw an in-game purchase for some gems over at Genshin Impact being made without my knowledge. i dont use a share apple ID nor do i connect it to multiple device. I can confirm that money has already been taken out of my bank account but i see no sign of the transaction in my purchase history (cant request a refund) nor have i recieved the said gems in my game. afterwards, i find that it was categorized as “pending” which left me confused as i already saw money being extracted. how can i fix this? and how can i ask apple for help?

why this purchase was made and how can i get my money back ? so lately my phone has been acting weird , how ? everytime i try to download an app it asks for me to put in my Apple ID pass word for payment , i thought it was just cause my card wasn’t fully loaded on my phone , so today i put it in as usual and this time my wallet came up and my card was on there but it said i need to add my cvv so i did then i get a notification that i was $9.99 from apple , now the purchase is still pending but i need my money back .
