I bought my daughter an iPhone but I have a google phone. I set up family sharing with my old Apple ID while setting up her phone but I now can’t adjust her family settings and can’t find any way to mange the settings online.

It pretty much requires an Apple device to do the kind of management to which you are referring. There's limited management on Androids.
