Cannot re-download purchased iTunes songs

After reading many articles, I am unable to find a situation similar to mine. I have followed the usual troubleshooting steps (checking available downloads, unhide purchased songs, log out and then back in, see if there are songs that are "not in my library" that I would be able to download, etc...

The photos show my step by step process in trying to add back the purchased songs.

It looks like you do not have the iTunes Store turned on in Music > Preferences or Music > Settings (whatever the name is on Monterey).

If you enable the iTunes Store, so that it appears in the Music sidebar, and then navigate to a song or album that you've purchased before within the iTunes Store, does it give you options to redownload the music there?
