Iphone contacts for business use

Hi, I find that iphone still is not friendly when it comes to business use. For example: In Contacts, storing “job title” is considered as one of the basic requirements of storing business information on my phone. Yet for Apple other fields like url etc. seem to be valued more critical. To make this work, I have to click on creating a new field and select “Job Title”. It’s then added, but the cursor is NOT pointing to this field either. You need to also click again into the box to type the information.

I know it’s a very simple item described above. But I am puzzled how large companies making billions of dollars, miss simple stuff like the above?

Wish someone can add this. Been my frustration for years, but never complained as I assumed that smarter people than me are running the business.
