Carrier Locked by Xfinity Mobile and not allowing unlock

My phone is carrier locked by Xfinity Mobile. I've met all the requirements for an unlock by Xfinity Mobile. I get told by their tech support it's been unlocked and I must wait 48 hours and it never happens. This cycle has repeated several times for 2 weeks now.


What can I do?
