I lost my device and I marked it as lost on find my. After that I removed it from find my. Then after a few days i found my device , its still saying locked to owner ( that’s me) I contacted apple they asked me to put apple id and pw but there are no options to sign in with apple id. What I learned online is that after u remove a device from find my , it gets unlocked but my device is still locked.

Did you erase it first? If you remotely erase your device as instructed in this article, and you subsequently remove it from your account as in this article --> Check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in - Apple Support , then according to this article --> How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support you remove activation lock from the device.
I appreciate your sense of humour but I have already found it but the problem is it’s showing that it’s locked to the owner and there’s no option to put my apple id or password. And I’m unable to access it.
