Can iOS be infected with RAT from PDF?

I think I downloaded and opened a PDF with RAT, I haven't seen anything abnormal yet, but I'm worried. If it is infected, how can I remove it? (It is not certain that it is infected, but as I said, there may be RAT in the PDF.)

My device isnt't Jailbreak.
