After updating my iPhone last night to 17.2.1 I can no longer connect to my network provider. Tried the resets and still it does not work!

After updating my iPhone last night to 17.2.1 I can no longer connect to my network provider. Tried the resets and still it does not work!
Complwte day is waiting all my business calls are suffering what kind of update is this ?

It’s only fixed if you fixed it by deleting your VPN profile and app.
After the Update phone (iPhone SE) restarted randomly the whole day.

Same issue on Verizon. Model 10.
I thought I was losing my mind because my phone wasn’t working and I could not figure out why, and I just found this and now I need a fix for it because why am I paying for this?
See my earlier detailed post about how I got them to give me a replacement 12 Pro after they tried to charge me $600 to fix it.
I had no mobile /cell after installing iOS 17.2.1
if it helps anyone I finally fixed it by updating to an e sim which is an option under mobile / cell settings.

After the most RECENT update I am no longer able to send video or pics to ANY carrier
I had to upgrade in order to have cell service! The same update corrupted my iPhone 13 ProMax
This worked for me! Thank you! I was able to make calls but no one could hear me.
