After updating my iPhone last night to 17.2.1 I can no longer connect to my network provider. Tried the resets and still it does not work!

I’ve had the same issue. Force restart helps for a few days. But eventually that wouldn’t take away the cellular issue. And won’t let me update

Since upgrading to 17.2 cannot connect to WhatsApp YouTube or Apple News. How can this be fixed is 17.3 a solution?
I'm having this issue after the latest 17.3.1 update. What do you have to tell Apple? Is there some place that I can validate this on my own before I call them?
Wi-Fi assist turned on does this, regardless of carrier. Apple support blamed my wi-fi network. I replaced my wi-fi equipment. Issue still exists.
That didn't work Lawrence, support apologized and told me I need a new phone and confirmed it was a bad Apple update.
