Magic Mouse: works ok for 1 User but not for me.

We have the newest magic mouse for the M3 iMac. The magic mouse works as it should for one User but not for the other, ie, me.

I compared the settings and can see no difference. When I click/tap the mouse my emails never open to start with; the other User has the same issue when trying to open my emails. The magic trackpad works fine for us both.

Any ideas are welcome.
