Hello, i bought iPhone 15 pro max 256gb and understood I need more space for memory.
I didn’t open the box, everything new.
but I didn’t have chance to change iPhone for directly in store on the same day, because I leave
I still have new iPhone and passion for changing for other one with memory 1 T
the problem is 28 days left from buying. I didn’t have chance for changing in the store. Is it possible to change for new one ?
Hello~ You needed to have returned it in 14 days. You can check but it is doubtful you can exchange it. Perhaps selling it and applying those funds to what you want may be best. You can’t trade it in at this time either. Good luck.

Actually, in the US there are extended returns around the holidays. You might be fine.
call Apple or drop by an Apple Store to confirm.
Apple has a 14 day return period from date of purchase.
If you are outside of the 14 days, you can not return the phone.
You didn't exchange the phone in the store because you left? Left what? Did you purchase your iPhone in one country, then leave for another country? If your answer is yes, you will have to return to the country of purchase to return the phone.
