Contact card won’t let me view details or download

I got sent contact card information by a friend of mine who also has an iPhone. The message was sent a month ago but I never opened it or saved the contact card information to my contacts. Now every time I tap the download button it won’t work. If I double tap the message, it will show a paper with a blue question mark on it.

The only troubleshooting I’ve tried is Upgrading my iCloud storage, and restarting my iPhone.

Any help is appreciated
