IPHONE DEAD

Hello how can my iphone 12 pro max be dead after only two years of use ? I wa wet a bit and suddenly black screen Iwent to repair it says my iphone is dead nothing can be done. Its an stress apple is expensive specially am from mauritius its a big thing . PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME I WOKRED SOO HARD TO BUY THIS. can someone propose me a solutionn. Apple please do something
