iPhone pro max completely dead

We brought a new iPhone 14 Pro Max and it just went completely dead which seems to be a device defect and I cannot seem to get any form of assistance from apple. I’m very disappointed.

Did you try a Forced Restart?

  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button
  2. Then immediately press and release the volume down button
  3. Then immediately press and KEEP HOLDING the side power button. KEEP HOLDING it and KEEP HOLDING it until you see the Apple Logo, the let go
