iPhone keyboard switching to numbers in the middle of typing words

I have had this iPhone 14 Pro for a little less than a year, and since the day I got it my keyboard has been switching from the “ABC” keyboard to the “123” keyboard in the middle of typing…I know for a fact I’m not accidentally pressing the 123 button because this is happening with several different letters, including w, t, k, g, m, h, d, p, etc. It’s getting very excessive and I have to backspace and retype literally every few letters.

Im not typing anywhere near the number button yet it is still happening. I’ve tried resetting my phone, resetting keyboard settings and dictations, switching to the Canada and other keyboards, and have already called support (which the only answer they could give me after all of that was that it could be my screen protector…these protectors are not cheap and I can’t afford to just waste them or keep buying new ones just to try them and hope) as much as I pay for this phone, I shouldn’t be having this issue and I feel like I should be able to use a screen protector like everyone else in the world. A lot of iPhone users have been having this problem and not all of them have screen protectors, yet there are no answers from support on this matter at all.

PLEASE HELP!!

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 17
