i can't log in into my MacBook Pro, the apple id has changed to an account that I don't know. When I log in with my phone number it says that the number isn't connected to the account. I checked on my iPhone and it says that my macbook is still using my Apple ID.

You log into your Mac user account with your admin/user password.
You can see >System Settings>AppleID after that, to sign in if you are not automatically signed into your iCloud/AppleID
One account for everything Apple - verify what devices are associated with your ID.
