[Safari] Field AutoFill and unrelated tool-tip text appearing

When I place the cursor over a webpage field I get a text "tool-tip" that pops up. The text is a filename on my computer. This also happens when webpages are using their own "tool-tip" text that pops up over graphics.

Safari is acting like Finder acts when you hover the cursor over a filename that is too big for the column width you have set.

I would say that it appears to be a Transparency issue except there is no Finder window open behind Safari and the text is always the same filename.

In Safari AutoFill settings I only have "Using information from my contacts" selected.

In any case none of the options in Safari AutoFill preferences should be caching document names from Finder.

I can't seem to get rid of it.

  1. I cleared cache
  2. I toggled AutoFill on and off
  3. I restarted Safari
  4. I restarted the computer

Is there a system wide tool-tip cache that can be reset?

Here is an example from creating this report on this website (blurred out the filename)

Just realized that it's a point coordinate on the screen when Safari is in the foreground. I don't think it's related to fields. When moving the cursor over Safari again it appeared again.
