downloading office365
I downloaded office365 but when i try to run documents it asks for activation when i do that it says there is another user logged on system. How do i correct this?

if it was me then I would restart the mac and see if it still does that, if so then maybe it means the activation is already tied to another device in which case you may wish to contact ms's support about how one untie it with the older device the actication code is tied to
