when speaking my messages on my Iphone XR, A blue printing of my spoken words appears under it

Apple has an application for Messages. I am used to Message others by voice. Lately, a VERY ANNOYING issue started happening and it pertains to this Blue printing of my spoken words. This Blue printed line appears right under my voice messages and I hate it plus it is loaded with mistakes. It's as if Siri is being forced on us...I do NOT like Siri nor do I use it. So PLEASE how can I stop this issue as it is causing me LOADS of troubles?

Thank you

iPhone XR, iOS 17

I am sorry but this is not the case. The blue printed sentence (s) are loaded with misinterpretations/ mistakes of what I said in my message. This annoying printing is a new form that Apple is using to implement SIRI as much as possible.i do not use SIRI. I do not like SIRI. And I do not want any printing to follow my voice messages. If I did, I would write my messages rather than send them by audio voice. Thank you

Please check the scanned pic that I just sent you. Is there NO one in this huge Apple organization who knows how to stop messing about with our privacy phone messages and applications or at least respect our choices when it comes to such minimal issues?
