Two toned screen on 10th gen iPad

I just bought my ipad two days ago, though i just realise that there’s two toned screen on my ipad 10th gen as it only appears on a dark background, it appears that one side is darker and the other seems to be brighter and there’s striped lines. Screen can function well, just that the display when in dark background is disruptive, i’ve erased my ipad just in case it was a software problem, but nothing changed.
