iPhone 15 Pro Max display dual toned after iOS 26.2.3 update

iphone 15 pro max display turned dual toned after iOS 26.2.3 update. May be coincidental but no signs of physical or water/liquid damage. No flickering or touch issues, only a stable pinkish gray tent on the upper 3/4 of the screen. Did the factory reset, update to 26.3 but all in vain.. what to do next?

iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 26

You need to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.

If you’re in the US, please call  1-800-MY-APPLE, or outside the US, consult the support articles below. In Canada, call 1-800-263-3394.
