How can i retreive photos that were on my new iphone before restored a backup from an old iphone?

NO. Once deleted from the Recently Deleted folder on the old iPhone they are gone, which means your photos are completely irretrievably gone at this point.

An unfortunate lesson learned, I'm sure. But things which are important need to be backed up somewhere safe for future retrieval.

If you need a second opinion, Kurtosis12 is 100% correct. I'm sure you do regret the restore, but when you did that, you restored what the backup contained and it overwrote what was on your iPhone. The photos are gone and without them being backed up anywhere else, there is nowhere to get them from.

Since I don't want to ever lose photos, I have multiple backups of my photos. They are stored on my MacBook Pro. I'm an Amazon Prime customer and use their photo backup and I also have Carbonite, a backup service, where my photos are stored. Redundant, for sure, but better safe than sorry.

Sorry, but no. Once photos are deleted from Recently Deleted, they vanish.

If they are still on your iPhone 7 and your iPhone 7 has not been wiped and it is using the same Apple ID as your new iPhone, do the following:

1. Make sure the iPhone 7 is connected to Wifi and still active. Go to Settings, Your Name, iCloud and make sure Photos are turned on. They will sync with iCloud. On the new phone, make sure you do the same, so the photos will then sync from the cloud to your new iPhone. But they have to be using the same Apple ID
