You can order parts to repair it yourself but I highly recommend against it. Unless you used to working on micro circuitry, leave this to the experts. You could end up destroying the phone to the point where Apple won't work on it.
Spend the money and have the Genius Bar repair it.
Apple’s Self Service Repair now available - Apple
Self Service Repair - Apple Support
Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
Schedule an appointment at your closest Apple Store Genius Bar and they'll tell you the repair options and associated costs. This won't be inexpensive.
You can get an idea of the costs here --> iPhone Repair & Service - Apple Support
Edit: For the most part, iPhone is NOT self-repairable. Apple does offer the option to purchase "some" parts for an iPhone 13 Mini, but NOT the parts you need. You simply won't be able to repair the phone yourself with authentic Apple Parts. And by opening the iPhone yourself, you will void any possibility of service from Apple in the future.

This is for simple repairs. Back glass replacement is not simple. The first sentence is very important......
Self Service Repair is intended for individuals with the knowledge and experience to repair electronic devices.
Thanks , appreciate the response
Genius Bar says the back case needs replaced and that it comes with the battery but I can’t find where you can actually purchase the part to repair it yourself.
Just an FYI that the back glass cannot be ordered from Apple for the Self-Service program.
You're right, I posted that before I had the opportunity to look for the part.
You're welcome.
