comcast email not syncing between iphone & ipad

After changing my comcast email password, my comcast email is not syncing between my iphone and ipad. I have confirmed that it will sync by using the Outlook app on both devices. However, I prefer the ios email app. I've validate the correct outgoing server and incoming server setting. I've deleted and reset up several times on both devices. When this first was a problem, none of my personal folders would display. Now the folders display on my iphone, but not on my ipad.

Help!!!! :)

These don't sync between devices Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, Notes, Voice Memos, shared photos, iCloud Photos, and emails. Each device syncs to the email account server which may be Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo, or any Other. Please see the pic below

If one of the devices is not connected to the internet then it may seem to you that they are not syncing.

Thanks for your response and I understand your point that the email isn't syncing between devices, but is syncing with the email server. Both devices are connected to wifi and I have confirmed the following setting are accurate for comcast email. Neither device syncs with the mail server. What steps do you suggest I take next?

FYI: Sometimes its better to be lucky than good. I started a chat with Apple Support and my email account started functioning as intended. No idea what changed!

I am having the same problem. Can't get comcast emails on my phone, only gmail. I used to get both but all of a sudden no comcast which is my original email and the one I use.
