Hi, I've added multiple mail accounts (gmail, hotmail etc) on my Apple mail on my Macbook.
I thought I would than also see this on my iPhone Apple mail app but that is not the case.
How can I sync this, or should I also add them on my iPhone manually (hope not....)
You have to also add them to your iPhone. Add an email account - Apple Support

Add them on your phone manually. Go to Settings/Mail/Accounts. The process is pretty streamlined.
It doesn’t automatically add your email accounts to other devices, because you may not want all of your accounts on all devices.
