Location Sharing not working on new iPhone

I recently purchased an iPhone 15. Most of my data from cloud moved over to the 15 from my 12, but an entire 30 days worth of messages did not. In addition, despite reinstalling and transferring data multiple times over the course of 4 days, I gave up on trying to retrieve those 30 days worth of messages. Now I'm not able to see other's locations who have them shared with me. I have had them stop sharing, then resend; still not able to see. I've turned off and turn on my phone; still not able to see. I have rebooted and turned back on; still not able to see. All of my share location settings are turned on. Have also tried to turn those off for 30+ seconds and turn back on; still not able to see.

Others' can see my location, but their locations keep coming back as "No Location Found." I am incredibly frustrated by this as it feels like I have tried everything.
