Managing a senior's phone
My mother - nearly 88 years old - has an iPhone SE2. She seems to forget what the volume and mute switches do. She frequently turns the volume down and then complains that the iPhone is broken or the ringer does not function.
Is there a mode I can switch her iPhone to that will disable the volume and mute switch? Ideally, this would be a senior's mode that could be accessed through the Settings and then locked with a pass code. Even better, could the volume be adjusted and then return to the preset value after a short time?
Regards etc.
