Approved Downloads Are Downloading Onto Parents Device

I'll try to be very descriptive because the only answers I could locate on here are "devices are using the same apple id ".

Ipad is logged into by a child account of Parent 1. When Parent 1 approves a app download request for the Child Account, the app in question installs on the Child Account and Parent 2's Phone. Parent 2 is only marked as a Parent on the Family Settings for the Child Account.

How do I stop the Child Account Apps from Auto installing on the Parents Account.

*Account is used interchangeably for Apple ID*

All three devices are under different Apple ID's.

Unlikely as otherwise what you describe could not be happening. There is no way for the parent device to get the child apps unless the same Apple ID is being used on both at the very least for iTunes & App Stores.

On the Child's and Parent's devices, go to Settings ➜ Apple ID ➜ Media & Purchases ➜ Apple ID , and make sure it is logged in to the correct Apple ID for the person the device belongs to.
