Hello. I need help in downloading an IOS for my Macbook Pro so that it can support Microsoft 365. Please help

We have Big Sur on our older computer but I'm not able to upgrade to the Monterey, which would accommodate the Microsoft Office.

Please post the model name and hardware year from About This Mac in the Apple () menu. That will determine the highest version of macOS (not iOS) that your Mac can run.

An example would be: "MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014)". Please do not post the serial number from the dialog.

If you intend on keeping the present computer you may explore and alternative to MS Office.
