I am a senior citizen thinking of switching from AT&T but I am also a committed iPhone user. Consumer Cellular claims to be good for seniors. Is it also good for iPhones? Customer service for set up and trouble shooting? Etc.
That doesn’t matter, because Apple provides comprehensive services for setup and troubleshooting. However, Consumer Cellular is a reseller of network services, not a network operator, and their plans are rather limited in capacity and roaming outside of the US. They can be a good buy if your network needs are limited, but not if you use a lot of cellular data or travel internationally.

You get what you pay for. They may be cheaper but usually Tech support is non existent or very poor at best for discount cellular carriers.
