What is being done with C&P into iMessages not working?

Seems like for a couple three weeks I can no longer copy from my Mac Studio into iMessages? This appears to be a much longer held problem than I am notifying the Apple Community about. Has there been any news about when this will be addressed? Its such a handy feature, I can't imagine Apple is not aware of this

BTW the suggestions offered in many posts are not working for me. I am of the belief that new iOS updates have caused this to occur, but nobody is really sure from the community that I can see

Anyone heard from any engineers at Apple?
